I am looking for a "RockStar" intern with amazing people skills to help make sure our clinic provides the best overall experience of any healthcare office in the city.. where the customer experience is so good that every one of our patients becomes a raving fan even if we aren’t able to make them pain-free. I believe that his kind of goal is only possible in an office where the staff is relaxed, happy and love what they do.
Objectives 1. You will learn a simple step by step process that will help motivate patients and customers to commit to treatment. 2. You will learn how to use WEAVE communication platform for all forms of patient interaction. 3. You will navigate how to use WEBPT patient management software and be able to create new patient profiles, and schedule patients. 4. Become efficient in using PhysiTrack patient exercise portal and teach patients how to use it. 5. Be able to describe the basic components of treatment and a better understanding of what physical therapy really is.
Training 1. You will be able to job shadow a PT. 2. You will be able to directly interact with other interns and PT students in all phases of schooling and learn the steps how to become a licensed PT. 3. Training videos will be available covering Exercise Dosage Concepts, Clinical Classification Systems, and FMT training using floss, IASTM blades, cupping and kinesio taping.
