SHOWROOM PR INTERN
RESPONSIBLE FOR BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- ASSISTING THE SHOWROOM TEAM IN ALL DAILY PROCESSES AND FUNCTIONS
- EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE INTERNAL TEAM AND OUR CLIENTS
- MEDIA AND PRESS TRACKING AND CORRESPONDENCE
- INSURING THE SAFE KEEPING AND QUALITY OF GARMENTS AND THE SHOWROOM
- ASSISTING STYLISTS AND CLIENTS IN THE SHOWROOM
- ENGAGING AND LISTENING TO MEETINGS WITH CLIENTS AND OTHER RELATED INTERESTS
- SCHEDULING AND ASSISTING CLIENT APPOINTMENTS
- PERFORMING OPENING AND CLOSING PROCEDURES IN THE SHOWROOM
- Assisting with live social media coverage of fashion shows, pop-ups, or brand events to provide real-time content and updates.
- Identifying and compiling lists of influencers, bloggers, and other fashion creatives who align with the brands' images for potential partnerships or gifting opportunities with our head of PR.
- Assisting in creating and curating visually appealing and on-brand content for platforms internal usage and platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Monitoring online press coverage, influencer mentions, and brand tags to compile media clippings and reports. These are shared with internal teams and brand clients to highlight PR success and media visibility.

Learning Outcome:
UNDERSTAND THE FLOW AND CONCEPTUALIZE THE ROLE OF A SHOWROOM IN THE WORLD OF FASHION PR. THEY SHOULD HAVE A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF THE ROLE IN ASPECTS SUCH AS MARKETING, VIP DRESSING AND CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT. THEY WILL HAVE WORKED AND BEEN AN INTEGRAL PIECE IN RUNNING A FAST PACE FASHION PR SHOWROOM WITH OVER 300 CLIENTS, SUPPORTING HIGH FASHION BRANDS.
