Our mission is to accelerate the growth of innovative healthcare technologies by building pipelines, developing strategy, and driving actual sales execution. You’ll be working with a team of proven GTM operators that has driven millions in revenue and helped early stage companies scale from $2M to $50M and beyond.

Students will learn to conduct cold outreach to prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn. They will develop their sales and social skills. They will learn how to build a business from the ground up, from no revenue or SOPs to a full-fledged and functioning organization.
Students will be receiving training from professionals in the healthcare industry—those who have been in their shoes and succeeded and progressed to their current roles in the company. Training will take 2 weeks to become competent in their role and learn the information necessary to perform and succeed. There will be minor practice and research done outside of the traditional training to help them excel. Identify and research potential clients in healthcare (digital health, clinics, medtech, life sciences) Initiate outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate interest and qualify leads Set up and book discovery meetings for senior sales executives or partners Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach activities and results Craft personalized messaging and follow-up sequences Collaborate with the team to refine ideal customer profiles and outreach strategies Learn and adapt quickly to the nuances of healthcare sales cycles
