Organization Description

We are a new “un” gym concept committed to greater equity, sustainable movement practices, and showing up for your authentic self. Birch & Iron practices body positivity that strives for radical acceptance and access for ALL bodies, and unapologetically centers underserved populations.

Health & Safety

This is a gym with equipment. Students will be trained on proper equipment use and will be supervised.
