Program Information As part of the Organizational Development Dept. of LA Health Services, LDP’s mission is to grow and strengthen our community of team leaders who are collaborating to engage and mobilize the creativity, resourcefulness, and human potential of our workforce. As LA Health Services continues its journey of transformation, managers and supervisors are positioned right in the center of it all—driving success across the organization, through challenges and changes too complex to be met with policy changes and directives alone. Their key role is to help staff make sense of these forces of change and enlist their talents and insights in determining how to respond to them, producing results that affect everyone.
