Opportunity Training

Students will receive initial onboarding covering CigarBros’ brand, products, and key workflows, including an overview of our tax compliance tracking process, content style guidelines, and social media tools. Training will be hands-on and task-focused, with clear written resources, templates, and examples provided to minimize the need for constant supervision. Ongoing support will be available through weekly check-ins and email/Slack communication for questions or feedback. The emphasis will be on enabling students to work independently after their initial orientation, while still having access to guidance when needed.
