Important Information to Note Before Applying to the Title IV-E Program

You are concurrently applying to the Masters of Social Work (MSW) Program and the Title IV-E Program. If you are NOT accepted/admitted in the MSW Program, then this application to the Title IV-E Program CANNOT be considered.
If you are applying to the hybrid program, you are not eligible to apply to the Title IV-E Program, as we do NOT have a hybrid Title IV-E program at this campus.
If you are applying to the 2 Year Full-time MSW Program, you may ONLY appy to the 2 Year Full-Time Title IV-E Program.
If you are applying to the 3 Year Part-Time MSW Program, to be eligible to apply to the 3 Year Part-Time Title IV-E Program, you must be a county employee.
