Job Description

Assist P.T/PTA with exercise program

Front Office Coverage

After completion of therapist treatment, patient will be handed off to the student to guide patient through assigned exercise program
Multi-tasking with differentiating patients' ability to perform exercises

Training:

Weekly Staff Meeting
Maximize available training hours with first few weeks
Shadowing other aides

Learning Outcomes:

Learn specific exercises for certain treatments/diagnoses
Time Management in a fast paced environment
Improve communication skills with patients
