PRIDE Industries

Organization Description

PRIDE Industries is a social enterprise 501(c)(3) non-profit that creates employment for people with disabilities. Since 1966, we have led the industry in person-centered vocational rehabilitation and serve more than 3,500 people across California each year through direct employment, job placements, vocational supports, public benefits counseling, and transportation. Our services are as diverse as the individuals we serve, and our goal is to ensure our services reflect the needs of our community. Our Veterans Employment Advantage Program addresses the unique needs of wounded veterans entering the civilian workforce. Our Youth Employment Services (YES!) provides pre-employment transition services to high school students with disabilities and workforce development supports to opportunity youth, most notably foster youth with a range of challenges. Through personalized service, PRIDE Industries helps people of all abilities realize their true potential and lead more independent lives.
