We have helped Chinese, Armenian, Swiss, British, Vietnamese, and Mexican; tourists and immigrants as well. They can be criminals, streetwalkers, children, any religion, or even people which have previously been violent with us in the past.

The pharmacy is 24/7 so it is open all the time, even after 6. During the day there tends to be enough supervisors, but they are often not given the opportunity to directly inspect individuals.
