Opportunity Summary 

The Digital Creative Strategy Intern will support the development and execution of creative marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness and engagement. The intern will assist with content creation for social media, including photography, graphics, and written posts, while helping plan and implement digital campaigns. Additional responsibilities include researching trends, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing ideas for innovative strategies. The intern will also play a key role in preparing and promoting the upcoming business launch through digital marketing efforts. This internship provides hands-on experience in social media management, creative strategy, and digital content production in a professional setting.

Tasks:

1. Assist with the development and execution of social media campaigns, including content planning, scheduling, and posting.
2. Create and edit visual content, including photography and graphics, for use across digital platforms.
3. Research industry trends, audience engagement strategies, and competitor activity to inform creative direction.
4. Support the coordination and promotion of the business launch through digital marketing efforts.
5. Analyze social media metrics and performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations.
6. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing strategies and content development.
7. Collaborate with the mentor on project tasks, campaign reports, and creative strategy documentation.

Training:

Students will start with a general orientation to learn about the organization, its mission, and the upcoming business launch. From there, training will be hands-on and project-based. Students will meet weekly with their mentor to review assignments, ask questions, and receive feedback.
Training will include job shadowing to observe how social media campaigns and creative strategies are developed and direct guidance on photography, content creation, and social media management tools. Students will be given examples of past work and step-by-step overviews of tasks to understand how their contributions fit into larger marketing efforts.
This approach will give students practical experience while building confidence in applying digital creative strategies in real-world projects.
