Opportunity Summary 

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in homes, schools, or community settings.
  • Implement behavior plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Track progress and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team.
  • Attend trainings and team meetings to grow your skills.

Tasks:

-Pairing/building rapport with client's
-Preference/Reinforcement assessments
-Structuring session
-Data collection for skill deficits and skill acquisition goals
-Completing SOAP Notes at the end of each session.
-Providing reinforcement and extinction (Differential Reinforcement Procedures)
-Collaborating and consulting with the clinical Team
-Debriefing the client's mother

Training:

Tasks will include but not limited to: Orientation, Shadowing, Weekly supervision, Consultation for the client by a BCBA & Master's Level Supervisor, and Review of Concepts.

Learning Outcome:

-Collaborate with the clinical team and client's parents
-Collect data
-Use ABA strategies (antecedent/consequence strategies)
-Understand the difference between Punishment and Reinforcement
