Duties include greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling tax appointments, managing correspondence as well as ensuring customers get help in a timely manner.

They will develop communication and interpersonal skills, they will gain proficiency in specific administrative tasks, such as managing records, the function of different online applications and the understanding of basic insurance process. Also critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected customer issues.

Opportunity Training
