Non-coaching staff member-Student Manager: CannonAt — CSUF - Athletics
This position is required to help with volleyball related activities and paperwork such as stating players reps, organizing film, setting up the gym and tear down. This position also requires office tasks such as team food orders, and organizing team building activities.

I give him several tasks and deadlines to force organization.
I give him the expectation needed and allow him the autonomy to take the initiative to get them done in the best manner.
