The HTB Business Solutions Internship offers hands-on experience in the dynamic world of business technology and payment solutions. Interns will work directly with our sales, operations, and marketing teams to support client initiatives, research market opportunities, and contribute to real-world projects that drive business growth. This role provides exposure to cutting-edge POS systems, SaaS tools, and B2B relationship management in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how technology can streamline business operations and enhance the customer experience. Interns will develop professional skills in communication, CRM usage, and business analytics while gaining valuable mentorship from experienced industry professionals.
By the end of the internship, participants will gain a strong understanding of business technology and payment processing solutions, including how POS systems and SaaS platforms support business operations. Interns will develop practical skills in CRM management (HubSpot), lead research, and client communication, while learning how to navigate the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to partnership. They’ll enhance their analytical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation abilities, and gain exposure to real-world business strategy through collaboration with HTB’s account executives and leadership team. Additionally, interns will strengthen their professional communication, time management, and teamwork skills—preparing them for future roles in sales, marketing, or business development.
Interns will receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training designed to build confidence and capability in a professional B2B environment. Training will include: • Company & Industry Overview: Introduction to HTB Business Solutions, our product offerings, and the business technology and payments industry. • POS System & SaaS Tools Training: Hands-on instruction in the use and functionality of leading POS and business management platforms. • CRM & Sales Process Training: Guidance on using HubSpot for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting. • Sales and Communication Skills: Coaching on effective prospecting, client outreach, and professional communication. • Shadowing & Mentorship: Opportunities to observe and assist Account Executives and Business Development Representatives during client calls and meetings. • Performance Feedback: Regular check-ins and development sessions to help interns grow their skills and career readiness.
