Business Program InternAt — Cintas

Cintas is seeking an Intern to participate in a program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge across all areas of our business, as well as the professional services industry. 

Tasks:

location improvement project

Task- rotate through the different depts (production, service, sales) network with partners and dept manager, assign task to learn the different positions of the dept-work with tenured partners while working on a capstone project- be apart of all scheduled meetings- have weekly debriefs with GM to ensure intern is staying on track- be assigned a career mentor- learn about principle objective, management systems, and corporate character of company. At the end of the internship they will present capstone project to the location leadership team.

Training:

Hands on training- weekly debriefs- group meetings-mentorship- location project

Learning outcome:

The goal is to expose the Intern to our different departments. The Intern experience combines hands-on training with the opportunity to interact with multiple departments in order to develop stronger leadership, organization, communication and time management skills.
