We’re looking for a Digital Media & Graphic Design intern who can jump in and help bring the MERGE4 brand to life. This role is hands-on and perfect for someone who wants real-world experience creating marketing assets that actually get used. You’ll work on everything from sales booklets and lookbooks, to social media content, product graphics, event visuals, and light e-commerce design.
1 Service Learner Spot
If you’re creative, detail-oriented, and excited about working with a performance sock company that partners with world-class artists, athletes, and nonprofits, this is an opportunity to build a strong portfolio and contribute to work that reaches national retail accounts and major events.
Shadowing & Collaboration
Interns will sit in on brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and project meetings to learn how experienced professionals operate.
E-commerce & Digital Asset Training
Creating product graphics, resizing images, and understanding visual requirements for web and retail marketing.
Brand & Visual Standards
Guidance on MERGE4’s brand voice, visual identity, typography, color use, and how to maintain consistency across all assets.
Opportunity Supervision
Students receive hands-on support through a combination of structured guidance and real-world collaboration. Our team is small, experienced, and deeply connected across design, marketing, and action-sports industries.

Students applying for this position should have basic knowledge of graphic design principles and be familiar with common design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Because this is a hands-on creative role, interns must bring their own computer capable of running the software they use for design work.
