Breaking Taboo

Organization Description

Breaking Taboo aims to break the stigma surrounding mental health and suicide prevention by providing accessible education and resources to the general public in a variety of modern, easily digestible formats. Breaking Taboo Educates, Creates, Provides, Inspires, and Transforms the way mental health is viewed. We work with all populations, by engaging in community service programs for senior citizens, providing educational materials for children, adolescents, and young adults, and creating online and smartphone content.
