Program Information The Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (OCHCC) is a proactive non-profit organization dedicated to fostering economic vitality and business success for Hispanic entrepreneurs and the broader community across Orange County, California. As a leading advocate and resource hub, the OCHCC provides vital networking opportunities, strategic business education, and legislative representation. A critical function of the Chamber is serving as the host organization for the Finance Center of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), where it directly assists small businesses with one of their most significant challenges: securing access to capital through specialized counseling, loan packaging preparation, and financial readiness programs.
