Additional requirements and/or considerations As the Communications Coordinator, I supervise three teams: 1) Communications Team, 2) Social Media Team, and 3) Podcast Team. Each team has 3-4 interns, but I check in with them daily via WhatsApp, and I meet with the teams individually twice a week.

Hours of operation
We are a remote company, we work Monday through Friday, and work around our interns' school schedules. We don't have set hours of operation, however we expect our interns to meet with us at least twice a week, once on Monday or Tuesday, and again on Friday.
