The intern is responsible for managing both client reports and the operations of the business. This position includes evaluating identify negative items, creating letters, providing credit building suggestions, and ensuring compliance with credit consumer laws.

Tasks:

Credit Analyst and Operations Manager - The intern is responsible for managing both client reports and the operations of the business. Their responsibilities include analyzing client credit reports, preparing letters, and recommending credit-building strategies that influences a client’s long-term financial stability.

The intern will coordinate team members to streamline workflows, and implement automations to improve efficiency. They ensure that all communications like accurate financial guidance, and updates are done.

Training:

The student will begin with an orientation introducing company operations, credit repair compliance standards, and CRM system usage. Ongoing mentorship will be provided to review client cases, analyze dispute results, and address questions. Additional team meetings will occur to discuss improvements and issues.

Learning Outcome:

By the end of the internship, the student will be able to analyze credit reports inaccuracies and provide suggestions for credit building. They will understand the process of managing disputes in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The student will also gain experience using CRMs and automation tools to track client progress. Additionally, they will develop skills in client relationship management, data organization, and performance reporting to support business efficiency and client success.
