Our Interns will be working estimated 20 hours each week and they will be completing the following tasks: studying for examinations and getting several licenses, engaging in internal meetings in person in Ontario, CA, shadowing current representatives in their daily practices, and begin building their own book of clientele. They will be expected to be in person at least two days a week and actively online/Zoom for our remote internal meetings.

Tasks:

1. Studying for exams and then taking said exams (passing score = demonstration of duties)
2. learning how to build portfolios and then having access to our software's to build out said portfolios
3. Shadowing meetings to then schedule and run meetings with prospective clients alongside our licensed financial representatives.
4. In office presentations of client scenarios and solutions
5. memorization and video recordings of language they need to perfect
6. market segmentation and developing a marketing plan on how to acquire new clients
7. Build out an entire business plan along with 5 year plan.

Training:

Each student will be expected to be in person in our Ontario, CA office at least twice a week and will be completing multiple tasks including: one on one training with fully licensed advisors, group training conducted by myself and our Managing Partners, shadowing financial representatives, and building out financial portfolios for prospective clients.
