Opportunity Summary 

Join Meet Fresh as a Marketing Intern and Shift Leader to gain hands-on experience in both business operations and brand marketing. Opportunity Learning Outcomes

Opportunity Training 

Students will receive hands-on training in brand communication, customer engagement, and digital marketing strategies. They will learn how to create and promote marketing content aligned with company goals, develop customer service skills to ensure a positive guest experience, and receive instruction on proper food preparation and service standards. Additionally, students will be trained in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and audience interaction, to effectively represent the brand online and support overall marketing and business objectives.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

Students will receive safety training before beginning their shifts, including proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and equipment use. They will be required to follow all health and safety guidelines, such as wearing appropriate uniforms, non-slip shoes, and maintaining a clean workspace. Emergency procedures, including fire safety and first aid protocols, will be reviewed. For marketing-related tasks, students will also be trained on digital safety practices, such as protecting company data and responsibly managing social media accounts.
