Opportunity Summary 

This internship would give CSUSM students the chance to apply Global Business knowledge in a nonprofit setting. Interns will work on international projects while gaining skills in management, analysis, and cross-cultural communication.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

By the end of the internship, students will: ● Use critical thinking to solve real business problems. ● Practice cross-cultural communication. ● Apply global perspectives to nonprofit management. ● Integrate ethical and socially responsible approaches into work. ● Improve professional writing and speaking skills.

Opportunity Training 

Training will be directly provided for the immediate task by the Executive Director as well as by members of the Board of Directors of Quench and Connect.
