MYSASH Official is a product-based brand that designs and sells phone safety bags for on-the-go lifestyles. The MYSASH Public Relations & Marketing Intern will work directly under the supervision of the Founder and Marketing Lead (Saige Cole) to gain hands-on exposure to lifestyle brand marketing, public relations, and digital communications. This internship is designed as a guided learning experience, where the intern supports existing marketing and PR initiatives while developing foundational skills in brand storytelling, influencer outreach, and campaign planning.
The intern will participate in strategy discussions, observe decision-making processes, and complete assisted marketing tasks with ongoing feedback and mentorship. All work is reviewed and finalized by the supervisor.

Description of Responsibilities (Assisted & Supervised)
Under direct supervision, the intern will assist with the following:
- Support social media and digital marketing initiatives by drafting and proofreading copy for review prior to posting and scheduling all posts
- Assist with influencer and partnership outreach by researching contacts and preparing draft communications
- Observe and contribute to marketing strategy and brand planning discussions
- Help maintain organized media and influencer lists used by the supervisor
- Assist with tracking social media performance and campaign engagement metrics
- Support brand storytelling by contributing ideas aligned with MYSASH’s established voice and objectives
- Assist with inbound communication organization (categorizing inquiries, drafting response suggestions for review)
- The intern will not independently manage accounts or publish content without direct supervision and approval.
Training & Mentorship Structure
This internship emphasizes mentorship and structured learning:
- Weekly scheduled check-ins with the supervisor to review tasks, discuss progress, and receive feedback
- Ongoing coaching on PR strategy, brand voice, and digital marketing fundamentals
- Guided exposure to influencer marketing, social media planning, and campaign development
- Instruction on email marketing and campaign management tools through supervised use
- Learning through observation of real-time brand decision-making and campaign planning
- All tasks are framed as learning exercises and reviewed before completion.

Supervision & Academic Compliance Notes
- The intern works directly under the Founder, who currently performs all marketing and PR functions for MYSASH
- The intern’s role is supportive and educational, not a replacement for paid staff
- Responsibilities are intentionally limited and structured to prioritize learning outcomes
- All brand-facing actions are supervised and approved
