Lutheran Social Services of Southern California (LSSSC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit social service agency incorporated in 1946. Ignited by faith, its mission is to embrace, equip, and empower vulnerable individuals, families, and communities toward self-sufficiency. Today, LSSSC operates over 45 programs at 18 locations across Southern California, addressing critical needs such as housing, mental health, substance use treatment, food security, and community wellness. As part of the Lutheran Services in America network, LSSSC serves thousands of individuals annually with dignity and compassion, guided by the values of faith, equity, and service.
