Behavior TechnicianAt — SLEA Therapies
The behavior technicain provides direct behavior-analytic services to individuals under the close, ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or master-level case manager. The behavior technician implements individualized behavior intervention plans, skill acquisition programs, and data collection procedures to support client progress across targeted goals.
Tasks:
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions based on a BCBA-developed treatment plan.
Implement behavior reduction protocols using evidence-based strategies (e.g., differential reinforcement, extinction, antecedent modifications).
Teach skill acquisition programs across domains such as communication, social, academic, adaptive, and play skills.
Follow all behavior support plans and safety protocols with fidelity.
Record progress notes and session documentation in required systems according to company and funder guidelines.
Demonstrate professional conduct with families, staff, and other service providers
Training:
40-hour RBT module training via CentralReach Institute
Live Zoom trainings on: professional conduct, DEI, data collection and skill acquisition
Overlap sessions with techs in the field
Ongoing supervision from BCBA and/or master-level case manager
