Administrative HostAt — Marche Moderne
Administrative host responsible for the planning and executing of day to day restaurant operations.
Tasks:
Tasking the student with leadership roles where she can demonstrate the skills she has learned and practice executing them
Reviewing the current training program and adding any improvements, as well as training new employees
Planning and executing holidays and private events
Involved in listening to and coming up with solutions to create the most effective team and work environment which rates high in workers satisfaction
Tasking the student with decision making power and responsibility in managing the flow of the floor and any large party events
Training:
Mentor the student in effective communication skills and how to lead a team
Work with the student in the development of a training program, how to best implement said training program and evaluating its effectiveness
Training the student in managing events, projects, holidays and the work and responsibility that goes into each one.
