TAing for psy 300 including grading weekly homework assignments, holding office hours to assist students, etc.

Learning Outcomes  

- work directly with students to support their academic success
- use canvas from the TA perspective to provide substantial feedback on assignments
- develop tutorial materials for exam review sessions

Training  

- mentor and scaffold appropriate communication with students to support their academic success
- provide step-by-step instruction on canvas gradebook along with how to provide detailed feedback on assignments via rubrics and direct comments
- share prior experience with exam review sessions and evaluate review materials prior to review session

Tasks/Duties  

- sharing their experience working with students directly
- effectively and efficiently grading weekly assignments
- evaluate exam scores for students who attended the live review sessions
