The Chicanx/Latinx Faculty and Staff Association (CHLFSA)’ goal is to foster a supportive community for Chicanx/Latinx faculty and staff at Sacramento State. The mission of CHLFSA is to promote equity and inclusion, and to enhance the status of the Chicano/a/x and Latino/a/x community at Sacramento State, within the CSU system, and in the broader community. The Chicanx/Latinx Faculty and Staff Association (CHLFSA)’ goal is to foster a supportive community for Chicanx/Latinx faculty and staff at Sacramento State.
