The Human Resources Employee Engagement Intern will support the HR team in developing and implementing initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. This role is ideal for a students passionate about employee experience, organizational culture, and HR best practices.
Skills in planning and executing engagement activities and internal events. Ability to coordinate logistics, manage timelines, and track deliverables. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with employees Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Canva, preferred Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and confidentiality. Ability to generate reports and analyze engagement metrics for decision-making Strong written communication skills
Pre-Arrival Preparation: Interns receive an onboarding guide and training checklist covering department overview, expectations, and key responsibilities. Systems Walkthrough: Training on HR tools, timekeeping systems (e.g., ProShop), and shared drives for document access. Introductory Meetings: Scheduled sessions with managers and team members to understand workflows and communication channels.
