We have hosted many sac state interns over the years. Our agency provides orientation and training and guidance as the intern works throughout the year. Several of the interns have been offered full time positions upon graduation. This has been a great opportunity for our agency. We look forward to welcoming more interns to our agency.
How to develop and implement an individual service plan, identify community resources and outreach engagement with local service providers, receive on-going training throughout the course of the internship, work as a team member and collaborate with program solving with the staff.
The student will be trained at the specific program by the program director. We do have a general agency orientation that is conducted by our admin team as well.
