Childcare InternAt — Toddler Town

Apply concepts in an educational setting under supervision, supporting child development and behavior in the classroom, and observing social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Task:

Homework help, create and implement child lead art activities, create and implement child oriented tasks and activities.

Training:

The student will receive an orientation, job shadowing opportunities as well as on the job experience involving supervision of children.

Learning Outcome:

By the end of this academic internship the student will be able to apply psychological concepts in an educational setting. Supervise and observe behavior in a classroom setting. Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
