Training and Development Assistant DirectorAt — Chick-fil-A

Plan, direct, or coordinate the training and development activities and staff of an organization. This includes providing onboarding, orientation, developing training plans, executing evaluations, and more. 

Tasks:

Conduct an interview; conduct evaluations; asses the workplace for improvements and weaknesses; encourage a stable and healthy work environment for employees

Training:

Mandatory orientation, one on one coaching sessions, job shadowing with our HR representative, and assigned tasks.

Learning Outcome:

By the end of the academic internship, the student will be able to conduct interviews by assessing the personality of applicants, asses employees through evaluations, and develop a workplace to be proactive.
