Opportunity Summary 

In this job I will be working with elementary kids and will learn how to manage activities and work with the kids on new projects for activities. I will also see if I can shadow my senior coworkers and see what they do to be able to help them out and learn from them.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

From this experience I hope to gain more experience and knowledge from working with kids and I hope to be able to gain more experience from learning from my senior coworkers who have been working here for a while now and be able to learn to also communicate with families as well.
