Junior Intern - Ads and PartnershipsAt — Big.Ass.Kids (B.A.K)
The internship is positioned with the B.A.K Central Team, which focuses on supporting our community members through services, programs, and career opportunities.
The intern will be responsible for participating in a small team setting to accomplish several goals this semester:
- Identify opportunities for brand partnerships and advertising within the B.A.K ecosystem
- Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions
- Pitch brands for sales opportunities
Tasks:
- Conceptualize, design, and create pitch assets including decks and one sheets
- Contribute to pitch and sales strategy to increase community engagement
- Work with the B.A.K executive team to manage partnership outreach
- Communicate externally to brand partners
- Use the project management tools to track assignments and team communication
Training:
The training that will be offered is:
- Mandatory weekly zoom meetings (3-5 a week) with team members for project updates, learning next steps, brainstorming new ideas in an educational setting, learning from other teams within B.A.K
- Mandatory online hours for coworking and group discussions 12-2p EST at which time the B.A.K senior team members will be mentoring and teaching
- Feedback on project submissions and hands-on training
- Mid-semester 1:1 check-in with B.A.K senior team
- Final presentation from intern to entire B.A.K team
Learning Outcome:
