Opportunity Summary
Service Learning Opportunity in a classroom ranging in ages from 3-5/6 (preschool through kindergarten). Work with two teachers and a group of 20-24 students. We focus on play-based, thematic learning opportunities that are age-appropriate.
Opportunity Learning Outcomes
Responsibilities include helping teachers prepare learning materials, supporting children during activities, reading stories, and encouraging positive behavior and cooperation. Working closely with young children to help them develop early academic, social, and emotional skills.
