Opportunity Summary 

This opportunity is designed to help a student learn more about the physical therapy field, primarily the fast-paced setting of outpatient orthopedics. You will experience diverse patient populations and diagnoses and cutting-edge strategies to managing these cases.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Students will gain insight and expertise into patient communication and management, clinical decision making, orthopedic evaluation and treatment, and much more.

Opportunity Training 

Observational training will be provided. Direct hands-on opportunities are limited due to certain laws. However, there are opportunities to practice or discuss ideas with clinicians between patients if circumstances allow for it. There may be occasional minors in the clinic, but the clinician will always be managing patients.
