Students in this opportunity will take on active leadership and service roles within the youth program by assisting with activities, facilitating creative and gaming-based learning experiences for younger participants, and modeling respect, integrity, and the “golden rule” in all interactions. Participants are expected to demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to step in wherever support is needed, including helping with audio/visual setup and presentations. This role encourages adaptability, servant leadership, teamwork, and initiative, providing students with meaningful opportunities to grow personally while positively impacting their peers and the broader community.
