-Introduce and implement age-appropriate play-based curriculum

-Supervision and engagement of students inside and outside.

-Potty training and diapering of students as needed.

-Monitoring students eating during mealtime.

-Able to collaborate with other teachers. 

Tasks:

-Working with other team members to make sure daily schedule is followed.
-Consistently supervising students in the classroom and outside.
-Potty training and diapering of students.
-Assisting lead teacher with planned activities.
-Documentation of incidences and informing other teachers of incidents.
-Helping to make sure students are getting meals/water for the day.

Training:

-Planning and implementation of play-base curriculum
-Mandated Reporter training
-Community Care Licensing training on supervision, ratios, personal rights etc.
-Staff development training reviewing policy and procedures.

Learning Outcome:

-Create age-appropriate activities.
-Lead a group of students during center times.
-Ability to help students problem solve.
-Teaching students self-help skills.
