We’re looking for a creative, highly motivated Marketing & Brand Intern to support content creation, campaign execution, and community growth. This role is perfect for someone who lives on social media, understands internet culture, and wants hands-on experience building a modern brand.
What You’ll Do
Assist with social media content creation (Reels, TikTok, posts, stories, etc.)
Support campaign planning and execution
Help manage content calendars and posting schedules
Assist with brand partnerships and collaborations
Support event marketing and community engagement initiatives
Monitor trends and identify cultural moments relevant to the brand
Track performance metrics and summarize insights
Tasks:
The student will perform the following professional and pre-professional duties to demonstrate achievement of the learning outcomes:
Contribute to the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including content planning and strategic coordination.
Create platform-specific digital content aligned with brand positioning and target audience insights.
Conduct market research and analyze social media trends to inform marketing strategy.
Monitor and interpret engagement metrics and prepare performance summaries with strategic recommendations.
Support influencer outreach and brand partnership initiatives, including research, communication, and tracking deliverables.
Assist in community engagement strategy and event marketing initiatives.
Draft marketing copy and assist in the preparation of campaign briefs and promotional materials.
The majority of responsibilities are strategic, analytical, and creative in nature, requiring application of marketing theory and professional judgment consistent with college-level academic credit.
Training:
The student will begin the placement with a formal employer orientation covering Chubby Club’s mission, brand positioning, workplace policies, and performance expectations. Role-specific training will introduce the intern to brand guidelines, campaign workflows, content standards, and relevant marketing tools.
Throughout the placement, the student will participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with a designated supervisor to receive structured feedback, discuss progress, and connect practical tasks to marketing theory. Assignments will be contextualized within broader strategic objectives to reinforce applied learning.
The intern will also receive hands-on training in social media management, content creation tools, and basic analytics reporting. Opportunities for job shadowing and cross-functional exposure will further support professional development and understanding of integrated marketing operations.
