Lookout works to provide comprehensive coverage of topics that matter most to residents — including local government, education, housing, the environment, and community affairs. Lookout Santa Cruz prioritizes accountability reporting, civic engagement, and solutions-oriented storytelling, with the goal of keeping Santa Cruz County informed, connected, and empowered to participate in the decisions shaping their community.
