As a Residential Counselor, you are the heartbeat of the program. You’ll work on the front lines of recovery, providing both one-on-one and group support. You are building the bridge that helps someone move from crisis to stability. 

Tasks:

working with the members hands on within their mental health symptoms as well as linking them to long term mental health outpatient providers.

Training:

on site trainings, shadowing, one on one supervision

Learning Outcomes:

learn more about medications, lead group therapy and incorporate concepts and clinical interventions.
