Opportunity Summary 

Our Internship Program is designed for students entering their senior year or enrolled in an accounting-related master’s program. This is a full-time internship, ideal for students seeking hands-on experience in tax services. The internship typically runs from mid-June through early August.

 

We’re looking for exceptional students (like you!) who bring both strong technical skills and a commitment to excellence. As a valued member of our team, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals to support and complete tax engagements and projects.

Tasks:

• Perform tax-related tasks, including compliance, advising and planning for a variety of clients in different industries, multistate and/or multinational enterprises including partnerships, corporations and S-corporations
• Proactively manage projects to ensure delivery of work products based on client expectations and statutory deadlines
• Openly communicate with partners, managers, and teams about the status, timeline, issues, and progress of projects, tasks, and associated budgets
• Learn to develop and manage client relationships

Training:

Onboarding and Training week (mandatory), weekly scheduled one-on-one Cousnelor and Buddy meetings, job shadowing, workshops/skills training, provision of work samples, overview/contextualization of assigned tasks, regular feedback
