Opportunity Summary 

Provides psychosocial assessment, individual/group treatment, family therapy, discharge and aftercare planning to patients and their families for mental health recovery. Develops ways of mitigating obstacles affecting care plan implementation and success. Serves as a liaison to community programs and develop strategic partnerships to enhance aftercare plans of patients and their families.

Opportunity Training 

Evidenced based trainings CBT and DBT, shadow for legal hearings, Professional support from other Social Workers, Workplace Violence, Stanley Brown Safety Training, The Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) for risk level, DASA to assess for violence, other trainings as needed
