YouROK Corp.

Organization Description

YouROK offers an innovative, student-driven solution designed to help young people process their emotions before they escalate into anxiety, depression, or self-harm. Our app fosters emotional resilience—the foundation of mental well-being—through an engaging, interactive, and fun platform tailored to the needs of today’s youth. Unlike traditional mental health approaches, which often rely on outdated, inaccessible methods like paper-based assessments, YouROK’s digital, evidence-informed model resonates with young users, particularly those in underserved "mental health deserts."

Health & Safety

YouROK provides a digital mental wellness app to adolescents and college students. No intern at the company works directly with our subscriber base. This role creates content to submit emotionally healthy behaviors that are discoverable within the app. Additionally, this role produces content to support our thought leadership on positive development and life skills.

Within the app end-users are not able to add any photos or videos that would self-identify the end-user. Interns do not have access to internal dashboards that might reveal end-user profile information.
