Opportunity Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Plant Tissue Culture (Micropropagation) Technician/Intern to join our team! This position is responsible for executing processes to propagate and preserve elite germplasm of multiple species. The ideal candidate has experience in aseptic laboratory work, understands plant biology, and is passionate about learning.
Opportunity Training
Safety/PPE training, Aseptic Technique training, equipment operation and maintenance
Additional risk specific to this opportunity
Will be exposed to chemicals (bleach), scalpel blades, and boiling liquids/hot equipment (hot plate, bead sterilizer, autoclave)
