Opportunity Summary 

The Marketing Analyst Intern will support the Freddy and Leslie Real Estate Team in developing, analyzing, and optimizing marketing strategies to promote real estate listings and strengthen brand presence. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing campaign performance, managing digital content across platforms, and assisting in the creation of targeted marketing materials. The intern will gain hands-on experience in real estate marketing, data-driven decision-making, and client-focused communication within a fast-paced, professional environment.

Tasks:

The student will perform the following professional and pre-professional duties:

- Conduct market research and analyze local real estate trends to support pricing and marketing strategies.

- Track and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.

- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content, including property listings, promotional posts, and brand messaging.

- Develop marketing materials such as flyers, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.

- Optimize property listings on MLS, Keller Williams Command Center, and other platforms to increase visibility and engagement.

- Collaborate with office team members to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing strategies.

- Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, websites, and marketing records.

- Assist in planning and promoting open houses, real estate events, community events, and classes hosted by the supervisor.

Training:

The student will receive structured training to support their professional development and achievement of learning outcomes, including an Initial Orientation that includes an introduction to the real estate industry, company branding, marketing strategies, and tools/platforms used by the team. Active mentorship with meeting 3 times a week in person with multiple supervisors to review progress, provide feedback, and set goals.Opportunities to observe real estate marketing operations, including listing promotion, client interactions, and campaign planning. Technical Training includes instruction on marketing tools such as MLS platforms, social media analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing software. Workshops/Skill Development with guidance on content creation, branding, data analysis, and digital advertising strategies. Ongoing Feedback to review of completed work samples with constructive feedback to improve performance and skill development.

Learning Outcome

By the end of the academic internship, the student will be able to... 1. Analyze real estate market trends and interpret property data to inform strategic marketing decisions.
2. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, and listing services.
3. Evaluate marketing performance metrics from media, emails, and client engagement (reach, conversion rates) and recommend data-driven improvements.
4. Create professional marketing materials, including property listings, social media content, informational pamphlets, EDDM's, and promotional campaigns.
5. Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills within a real estate team environment.
