The role
As a Junior/Trainee Construction Project Manager, you will support the full project lifecycle from start to finish under experienced guidance. Your responsibilities will include assisting with client communication, budgeting, site planning, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will work closely with suppliers and subcontractors while developing your technical expertise.
With your drive, enthusiasm, and attention to detail, you will play a key role in helping deliver projects on time and within budget.
Tasks:
As a Junior/Trainee Construction Project Manager, you will support the full building process from start to finish under the guidance of experienced leadership. Your responsibilities will include assisting with client communication, budgeting, site planning, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. You will coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors while contributing your growing technical expertise. With a proactive mindset and strong enthusiasm, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Training:
A new hired will have one-on-one training with professional construction management director in the first 2 weeks in order to understand the scope of work and construction process. The pricing strategy class opens every Friday and welcome a new hired (without experience is fine) to come and adopt the skills. Following the training period, trainees will transition into a hands-on role, supporting the management of 2–3 projects as a Construction Management Assistant.
