Administer day camp programming to 150 participants

Tasks:

lead a groups of participants for extended periods of time. Students will rely on intern for direction in hourly tasks. Intern will be responsible for working with colleagues to facilitate conflict resolution, and restorative conversations.
Conduct ID checks upon parent pick up
Produce behavior, and accident reports as necessary
Acquisition supplies and equipment for activities

Training:

Student will shadow a Senior CSL to acquire the skills necessary to implement the above mentioned outcomes

Learning Outcome:

Facilitate large group games for children aged 5-12
Assist in implementing new pick up protocol at new/unfamiliar camp site
Assist in creating lesson plan for 1 week of summer camp
